All pricing is displayed on our website and may change at any time without prior notice. Promotional pricing applies only to the initial billing period; standard rates apply upon renewal unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

5. Payment and Billing

All fees for the Services are due in advance. Payments are processed through our authorized payment gateways including PayPal, Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, and cryptocurrency processors. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes and fees.

Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension or termination of your services. Late payments may incur additional fees. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Without limitation, you may not:

• Host or distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious software.

• Use excessive resources that negatively impact other users on shared hosting.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the HostSafe website and Services are the property of HostSafe, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software without prior written consent.

8. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data, files, and content you upload, store, or transmit through our Services ("Your Content"). By using our Services, you grant HostSafe a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of Your Content. HostSafe is not liable for any loss or corruption of data.

9. Service Level and Availability

HostSafe strives to maintain maximum uptime for all services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostSafe, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to HostSafe, Inc. in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HostSafe, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

HostSafe may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account by contacting our support team. Upon termination, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable European regulations, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
